CramerPDX I love love love the way the crack songs sound (KeeJen, Cracked By Crystal). I think I actually heard them first in cracktros featured in actual crack or key gen apps back in the day lol. All these tracks are worth their weight in gold and they’re heavy haha!

xyce The equivalent of a good espresso in the morning. Bouncy, well though-out, 'classic', melodic and a subtle presence of a lovely harshness. Favorite track: KeeJen.

Mikko Manninen Chip Tunes have always made me happy and every track of this album are pure gold for me. Especially Sanity Twister became my new ear-worm, which is triggered very easily :-) Favorite track: Sanity Twister (2020 Mix).

thomas-json Intelligent as well as playful compositions with detailed arrangements make this album a real keeper. Got so into it that I just had to analyse and make a cover of this song :) Favorite track: Hoovering with a Hangover.

Hey Everyone,

So... after an 8 year wait, the other eye is finally released.

Some of you will have heard some of these tracks before, as the concept of the album was to revisit tracks I've given away to other projects in the past... but you won't have heard them quite like this.

Funnily enough, the most recently completed track, Space Duregungle, which was created as a demo tune for Mike Clark's inSIDious soft synth emulation of the C64 SID chip is also the oldest track on the album having been writen in 1996 with a Kurzweil K2000 synth. Space Duregungle? Well, the track is spacey, and has elements of Dub, Reggae and Jungle in it :D

As with most of my music, this album was a labour of love. I love writing music as much now as I did as that 17 year old teenager who used to wait at the local park for his Mum to go to work so he could go back home to write those quirky little chiptunes. One of which, Maintheme 2, is retrospectively recreated on this album.

A few shout outs to Hedy, Arda, Leila, Slug, Mum, Colette, Shaun and Claire Moore, David Lewis, Mark Porter, Ian Chard, Heather Cowl, and the kind and tolerant people found in the chiptune scene.

This album was 100% written with Steinberg Cubase, using C64 MSSIAH, A1200, Impact Soundworks inSIDious, Plogue Chipsounds, Arturia Spark, Rob Papen Albino 3 amd Native Instruments Kontakt.

As a self employed composer and sound designer, I want to thank everyone who supports me by purchasing this album. Thank you for helping let me be me!!!

One day I came across this title on YouTube and it intrigued me. The nostalgy hit me so much that I went back on IRC in 2019. Thanks to that, I met my girlfriend after being single for 15 years, and moved to a new town 6 hours away from me. All of that because of a click on that song. Music has the power to change people's life and this track is my personal proof of that fact. swipesomething
